Our primary goal as an organization is to maximize Inuit participation in our clients’ operations. We integrate Inuit hiring and sustainable community operations into our business strategy, as well as in the way we plan and manage our activities. Our business strategy and reporting programs focus on community involvement & investment, Inuit capacity building, and educational outreach. We aim to contribute to the social and economic development of communities within the region where we operate.
